Why don't my recent grades show on my transcripts?
Grades from the end of the semester are not 'rolled' or officially transferred to your academic history until approximately two weeks following the end of the semester as grades are recorded and processed into the district-wide system. Even though you may be able to view your grades though the myBanWeb system, they may not have been transferred to your academic history (i.e., your transcripts) yet. There may be additional delays during the December/January season due to holiday closures.

Grades

Final grades can be obtained via myBanWeb. Students needing a hard copy of their grades may request a computer printout from the Admissions and Records Office. Student grades in a specific class may be accessed through myBanWeb immediately after being submitted by the instructor to the A & R Office at the close of the school term.

Please allow a week following the completion of the term for all grades to have been entered into the computer.
